Strategic Planning Session

In September 2023, the Centre staff and Management Committee embarked on a strategic planning retreat with our community partners and Adviser. In the session, we conducted a deep dive into the future directions for the Centre and explored ways to strengthen our existing partnerships.

Facilitated by Ms Jennifer, a volunteer & professional Coach, our staff and Board Members were encouraged to express their hopes for the Centre and to conceptualise programmes that would best serve our Mission, Vision and Objective.

Team-bonding and Training

Organised by Ransack Singapore, our staff participated in a full-day Puzzle Hunt at Marina Bay to explore creative new ways to engage our youth and children service users. Distributed across various iconic landmarks such as Gardens by the Bay and Marina Bay Sands, the teams had to deploy their skills of deduction and teamwork to decrypt the challenging puzzles !
